The Flower Supply Co uses our own inhouse delivery service to deliver the flowers. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment.
The Flower Supply Co will make every effort to have your flowers delivered to you on the delivery date specified on your order.
We should be notified immediately of damaged or lost goods. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of The Flower Supply Co.
When placing an order, please ensure all details provided are correct and accurate.
If an incorrect address has been provided and the delivery has been made, we do not take responsibility for the order.
If we are unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect/inaccurate address, you will be notified via your contact email/mobile number provided. We can then arrange for your order to be redelivered. Additional delivery fees and product replacement fees will apply for flowers that need to be replenished.
Remember, flowers are delicate and perishable.
If you need to change or amend the delivery address for your order, you must notify us in writing 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.
If you fail to notify us 24 hours in advance, and simply notify us the day of your scheduled delivery, we will make every attempt to accommodate this change. However, we cannot guarantee delivery to the new address. Should our driver need to reroute to somewhere else, an additional fee will be charged.
We are unable to offer a refund for deliveries if you have provided us with an incorrect delivery address. The customer holds all responsibilities to provide us with the correct delivery information and instructions.
We do not accept any cancellations or changes to orders after the payment has been verified.
If you would like to cancel an advance order, please contact us 3 days prior to the delivery date of your specified order as we often have already placed a custom order for your specific blooms. You can contact us directly by emailing email@example.com.
If you are unsatisfied with your order please contact us immediately with photo evidence and we will provide you with the appropriate amendments.
The Flower Supply Co will not accept returns based on change of mind or design.
The Flower Supply Co reserves the right to refund, exchange or cancel any order at its sole discretion.
The Flower Supply Co assures that all products are fulfilled in compliance with the product description however flowers are subject to seasonality and product availability.
Products sold on this website are a perishable, natural item of Mother Nature and a flower’s life span is dependent on species, resulting in some flower varieties living longer than others. Availability is dependent on season and markets. As a result, not all goods produced are as pictured on our website, but are always beautiful, produced to the best of our abilities.
We reserve the right to substitute flower varieties when specific blooms aren’t in season. With these substitutions we ensure that the arrangement is similar in quality, value and appearance to the blooms selected.
All images on our website have captured the colours of our products as accurate as possible. We cannot guarantee that your computer or mobile display of any colour will be accurate.
By accepting these terms and conditions you are acknowledging there may be discrepancies between images and produced goods.
